The attention of all the District Educational Officer of erstwhile district in Zone-II in the reference 10&11th read above and they are hereby informed that, the Tentative Seniority list of School Assistants and equivalent cadres for promotion to the post of Headmasters Gr-II under Government management of zone-II is herewith communicated and they are requested to give wide publicity for calling the objections if any on or before 04.07.2023 11AM.
They are further requested to submit the objections/appeals to this office by 04.07.2023 @12Noon through email for preparation of final seniority list, if not received any objections send nil report promptly.
Further all the District Educational Officers in the regional are requested to instruct to the individual who are in tentative seniority list to attend before the RJDSE, Kakinada along with original certificates and Service Register at 10.30 AM for certificate verification and counseling on 04.07.2023 at 4.00PM in the office of the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Zone-II, Kakinada without fail.
