All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers of erstwhile districts and the Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State are hereby informed that the Government vide in Government Memo. No. 2114846/2023-PROG-III, Dated:26.07.2023 have accorded permission to the CSE, A.P to take up promotions for (14)Principal posts vacancies with eligible PGTs and (261) PGT vacancies from TGT category on ad-hoc basis in A.P Model Schools Society, subject to pending fnalization of Service Rules.
Therefore, the above mentioned officers are hereby requested to take up the promotion process from TGT category to PGT category, on ad-hoc basis in A.P Model Schools, duly following the Draft Service rules of A.P Model Schools and A.P State Sub-ordinate service rules 1996.
The time schedule is as follows;
The Regional Joint Directors of School Education concerned shall Prepare provisional merit lists of TGTs @1:3 and thereafter segregate seniority list of the Trained Graduate Levels of all subjects shall be prepared with reference to the marks obtained/secured at the time of appointment into service and communicate to all concerned under proper acknowledgement duly redressing the objections File No.ESE02/243/2022-MODAL SCHOOL-CSE if any from the individuals concerned.
